At Koskoh, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. Please review our cancellation and refund policy carefully.
We maintain strict quality control standards in the sourcing, processing, and packaging of our products. Once a product has been delivered and accepted as accurate and in accordance with the original order placed by the customer, we do not offer refunds or exchanges.
Order Cancellations: Once an order is placed, it can only be canceled if it has not yet been shipped.
If you wish to cancel your order before shipment, please contact our customer service team immediately at koskohfarms@gmail.com.
Once the order is shipped, cancellations will not be accepted.
Returns and Refunds: If a product is received in a damaged or expired condition or does not match the original order, customers may request a return. In such cases, please contact our customer service team at koskohfarms@gmail.com first and then return the item. The request must include the reason for the return along with the order number and date of delivery.
We will review the claim and take appropriate action, which may include issuing a refund or providing a replacement product of equivalent value. All claims must be reported to our customer service team on the day of delivery or immediately thereafter.
Conditions for Returns
The returned item must be accompanied by the original receipt.
The item must be in an unopened and saleable condition.
Opened or used products are not eligible for returns or refunds.
Processing Time Refund requests may take one to two weeks to process. Shipping and return postage costs are non-refundable.
