This Shipping & Delivery Policy is an integral part of our Terms and Conditions and should be read in conjunction with our main Terms and Conditions. Please carefully review this policy before purchasing our products. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Shipping and Delivery Options:

We use the best shipping method that we deem to be ideal for delivering your order. The speed of shipping is determined by various factors, including your location, the carriers used, and other external circumstances beyond our control. We may use one of the following shipping methods based on availability, cost, location and other factors:

  • India Post.

  • Any private Courier Service

Order Processing Time
  • Orders are processed within 3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed within 3 business days after the holidays end

Delivery Timeline
  • Deliveries are typically completed within 7 business days after shipping, but actual delivery times may vary based on several factors such as distance, location, the shipping carrier, etc. which are beyond our control.

Delivery Restrictions
  • We deliver products to most of India, but, if there are carrier restrictions and other reasons that the shipping cannot be made, we reserve the right to cancel the order

  • We do not offer international shipping at this time.

  • Certain remote areas may experience extended delivery times.

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details, depending on the carrier and other factors

  • You can track your shipment using the provided tracking number on the respective courier’s website.

Failed Delivery Attempt:

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient, the courier service may reattempt delivery or return the package to us. In such cases, additional shipping fees may apply.

Damaged and Lost Shipment:

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact our customer service team at koskohfarms@gmail.com within 5 days of the expected delivery date.

Cancellations and Returns:
  • Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped.
