Products and Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, prices, availability, and other information displayed on our website are accurate.

As some of our products are agricultural products, natural variations in size, colour, appearance, aroma, and other characteristics may occur between batches. Such natural variations do not necessarily indicate a defect in the product.

Product packaging and presentation may also change from time to time.

Pricing and Taxes

All prices displayed on the Koskoh website are in Indian Rupees (INR).

Unless otherwise stated, displayed retail product prices are inclusive of applicable GST.

Shipping charges, where applicable, are charged separately and displayed during checkout.

We reserve the right to change product prices, discounts, promotions, and shipping charges from time to time. Changes will not affect orders that have already been successfully placed and paid for.

Orders

An order is considered successfully placed after the checkout process has been completed and payment has been successfully received.

All orders are subject to product availability and our ability to deliver to the customer's location.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases of product unavailability, incorrect pricing or product information, payment issues, suspected fraudulent activity, or inability to deliver to the customer's location.

If Koskoh cancels an order after payment has been successfully received, the applicable amount paid will be refunded.

Payments

We currently accept prepaid online payments only through the payment methods made available at checkout.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is not currently available.

Online payments are processed through third-party payment service providers. Koskoh does not directly store customers' complete card or banking credentials.

Shipping and Delivery

We currently ship within India.

Shipping charges, order processing, dispatch, tracking, delivery restrictions, failed deliveries, and related matters are governed by our Shipping and Delivery Policy.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address, PIN code, telephone number, and other information necessary to fulfil their order.

Cancellations, Returns and Refunds

Cancellation, replacement, return, and refund requests are governed by our Cancellation and Refund Policy.

Due to the nature of food products, returns and exchanges may be restricted except in circumstances described in that policy, including damaged, defective, expired, or incorrect products.
